Terms of Service

By creating an account, subscribing, or using any services on Prysmic Tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using our services.

To unlock digital products or join subscriptions, you must create a registered account.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and confidential.
• You must provide accurate and complete account information.
• Sharing login credentials or account access with non-members is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension without refund.

Some services on Prysmic Tools are offered via premium subscription tiers (e.g. Pro Membership at 5 USD/month) or credit packs. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller & Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly) unless cancelled.
• Merchant of Record: All transactions and purchases on the website are billed and handled by Paddle.com. On your bank statements, these will appear as "PADDLE.COM".
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or directly through Paddle customer support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to active subscription services until the end of your prepaid billing period.
• Refunds: Payments for subscriptions, credits, and digital licenses are generally non-refundable. For details on exceptions, technical failure claims, and cancellations, please read our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All digital resources, guides, templates, and content in our library are licensed to you on a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable basis. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing any files, guides, templates, or access credentials.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract member-only content through automated tools or unauthorized means.
• Using automated scraping, bots, or unauthorized API scripts to systematically download or access catalog resources.

We reserve the right, without liability, to suspend or terminate your account and block your access to all services immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or act in a way that harms the security or integrity of our system and other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prysmic Tools, its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform and its digital resources.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prysmic Tools operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction.
